Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide community-based support for individuals with IDD in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time Day shift (7am-3pm Sat-Mon & Wed) offers a $16.00/hour pay rate and on-demand pay options.

You’ll help participants with daily living skills, build meaningful relationships, and support participation in community activities, while promoting independence. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities
