Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in daily living skills and personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments with a valid AR driver’s license.
• Maintain documentation per FCC procedures and Medicaid guidelines.
• Follow Plan of Care to prioritize health, safety, and security.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and FCC policies.
