Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Glassboro, NJ. This full-time role (3p-11p with weekends) supports individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them grow, learn, and live well.

You will assist with personal care, build relationships, and help participants achieve goals in daily living and community participation. Sevita offers a benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
