Job summary

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months in human services preferred; driver’s license and a vehicle are required. Excellent communication and compassionate care are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants with complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real relationships and encourage community involvement.
