Job summary

Sevita in Monroeville, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with developmental disabilities live well. This full-time role operates 3p-11p, including weekends, supporting daily living, personal care, and community participation.

You will build relationships, encourage independence, assist with goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and work with a supportive leadership team in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
Full-time role with evening shift including weekends.
