Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Complete documentation such as progress reports and logs accurately and timely.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Assist in developing and following the client’s Plan of Care.
• Organize recreational activities and maintain client dignity and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies.
• Participate in training and maintain vehicles and facilities as required.
