Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to clients according to agency policies.
• Create a therapeutic environment and assist with clients’ treatment plan.
• Demonstrate professionalism and positive role modeling.
• Support health care protocols including medication administration as directed by the nurse.
• Ensure client needs for clothing, nutrition, hygiene, rest and recreation are met daily.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA and HIPAA privacy rule.
