Job summary

Seasons Retirement Community in Cincinnati is seeking an Experienced Server for the Skilled Nursing dining program (3PM-7PM).

This part-time role involves taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining a warm, efficient dining environment for residents and guests. You will work Monday through Friday 3:00PM–7:00PM and every other weekend, with food safety training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing environment.
• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen, and deliver promptly.
• Provide quick, efficient, and pleasant service to residents and guests.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to solve practical problems in varied situations.
• Willing to complete food safety training and obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders and deliver to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.
• Communicate orders to kitchen and ensure accuracy.
• Provide quick, efficient and pleasant service while maintaining satisfaction.
• Buss and reset tables and complete side work as assigned.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, visitors and coworkers.
