Job summary

Seasons Retirement Community in Cincinnati is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to serve residents and guests with timely, courteous service. Shift is 3:00PM–7:00PM, Monday through Friday, plus every other weekend.

No prior experience required; training provided. You’ll learn food safety basics, use the POS and payroll systems, communicate in English, and work with a positive, professional demeanor to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must go through food safety training for required licenses/certificates.
• Clear and effective English communication is required.
• Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen, and deliver to residents/guests promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Buss and reset tables and complete assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
