Bickford Senior Living in Ohio is looking for a Server to support the culinary team in our Bread Basket dining experience. You will serve meals timely, interact with residents, and help maintain a clean dining area in a restaurant-style setting.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Demonstrates a learner’s mindset and adaptability.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while staying organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness.
