Cabot Cove of Largo Inc. is seeking a Full Time Line Cook to join our team at Florida’s premier assisted living community. You will prepare meals that are tasty and visually appealing while following dietician-approved menus and recipes.

Responsibilities include maintaining dietary accommodations, handling deliveries and stock, and keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with safety standards. This role requires a Level 2 background check in Florida.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the meals you cook are great tasting and great looking.
• Follow the recipes and the dietician-approved menu as directed by your Supervisor.
• Know specialized diets- ensuring all kitchen staff knows what resident’s current diets are.
• Respond to customer preferences and complaints.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen after service.
• When directed by your Supervisor, ensure all deliveries match delivery documentation. Report any discrepancies to your Supervisor immediately.
• Unload and stock deliveries as directed by your Supervisor.
• Be responsible for rotating stock to ensure items are used prior to expiration as directed by Supervisor.

Schedule:

6 am - 6 pm, Sun, Mon, Tues

6 am - 1:30 pm Wednesday

Compensation: $17.00-$18.50/hour
