Job summary

Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center is seeking a part-time Wait Staff to assist with dinner and meal service for residents and guests. You will serve meals, maintain cleanliness, and support dining room operations in a team environment.

The role requires flexible weekend availability, shifts from 4:30pm to 8:00pm, and a starting wage of $15.00 per hour. Experience with elderly residents is preferred, and adherence to health and safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serves food to residents and guests according to diets and preferences
• Sets up dining room tables and employee trays
• Delivers and collects residents’ room trays
• Washes dishes and cleans dining areas and equipment
• Maintains sanitary conditions and follows infection control procedures
• Interacts positively with residents to create a homelike environment
