Dial Senior Living in Monument, CO is seeking a Dining Room Server to assist with meals and beverages, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining area. The role includes serving residents, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience in a resident-focused community.

The position supports a part-time evening schedule (3pm–8pm) with benefits and opportunities for growth in a caring senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Commitment to teamwork and resident-focused service.
• Patient, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn basic kitchen appliances and operations.
• Capability to stand and move for 3–4 hours per shift without sitting.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist throughout dining experience.
• Enter orders and close them in the Dial POS system.
• Provide high level customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Set and reset dining tables for meals and next shift.
• Inform residents of daily menu options and specials.
• Address residents by name and note preferences.
• Prepare beverages and serve them to residents.
• Keep water, coffee, and carafes refilled; clear tables as needed.
• Vacuum dining area after meals and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and operations information.
• Report any injuries to supervisor by end of shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
