Dial Senior Living in Elkhorn, NE is seeking a Dining Room Server to assist with serving meals, bussing tables and maintaining the dining area.

You will take orders, close out through the POS, provide patient, attentive service to residents, set tables, inform diners of daily menu options, and support a welcoming, respectful environment during shifts. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and comprehend English.
• Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
• Patience and a customer-focused attitude.
• Operate basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn.
• Stand for 3–3.75 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist residents throughout the dining experience.
• Take all orders and close out orders within the Dial designated POS system.
• Provide customer service to residents to ensure high satisfaction while serving meals.
• Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the following meal.
• Inform residents what foods are available on the day’s menu.
• Address residents by name and their food/beverage preferences.
