Job summary

Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel is seeking a Service Support Attendant to assist as a vital part of our food and beverage team. You will support bar, dining room, and service staff across multiple outlets, ensuring fast, professional guest service and smooth operation.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup, keeping areas clean and stocked, delivering meals, and maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage support roles preferred.
• Clear and professional English communication with guests and staff.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work cohesively with team across departments.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service support across food and beverage outlets as needed.
• Assist bar, dining room, and service area setup, opening, closing, and breakdown.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas during service.
• Stock bar and service stations to par levels (glassware, beverages, supplies).
• Maintain clean glassware, service ware, and equipment as needed.
• Support bartenders and servers by responding promptly to needs.
• Deliver food to tables accurately and ensure guest satisfaction.
