Arrow Senior Living at Vitalia Mentor in Mentor, OH is seeking a part-time Server to join our dining team. The role runs on Wednesdays through Saturdays, 4:30pm–7:30pm, offering a friendly, resident-focused environment.

You’ll greet residents, assist during meals, keep the dining area tidy, and work with supervisors to monitor residents' appetite and wellbeing. Must be 16+, fluent English, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen years of age.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least at an 8th-grade level.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in service, mingle with residents, and foster connections.
• Assist with meal service, bussing tables, and keeping areas tidy.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Wellness about appetite or meals.
• Support residents during sitting, standing, walking, and after falls when needed.
