Job summary

Eagle Crest Communities - Riverside Transitional Care in La Crosse, WI is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide / Food Service Aide to support resident meals and dining experiences. The role primarily covers 3:30pm-7:30pm shifts, with alternating weekends and holidays, and a minimum of 16 hours every two weeks.

Responsibilities include serving nutritious meals, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere, performing hostess tasks, dishroom duties, tray preparation, and restocking.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community is preferred.
• Drivers must have a valid license and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dining by serving meals according to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Create a welcoming, respectful dining atmosphere to support social mealtimes.
• Perform hostess and dietary aide duties, dish room, cleaning, prep resident meal trays, restock and other kitchen tasks.
• Assist with preparing and delivering snacks and drinks to residents.
