Care Plus Management seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our Lincoln Village Healthcare Center dining team in Lincoln, IL. You will assist in meal service, help with basic food preparation, and ensure a sanitary, patient-focused dining environment for residents.

The role emphasizes following dietary guidelines, physician orders, and resident preferences, with attention to safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, especially in healthcare.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices preferred.
• Compassion and patience when working with elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsabilités

• Assist with meal setup and delivery in the dining room and to resident rooms.
• Serve meals and beverages according to portions and dietary restrictions.
• Assist residents with opening containers and other needs during mealtimes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas and follow safety guidelines.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ intake to nursing staff.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents during meals.
