Job summary

BSG Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to join the healthcare dining team in Milwaukee, WI. This part-time role focuses on dishwashing, tray preparation, and assisting with meal service to residents.

You will work 3:00 pm–7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional EO weekends, reporting to the Culinary Services Lead/Manager. Ideal candidates are passionate about food, detail-oriented, well-groomed, friendly, and team players who adhere to policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass TB test and healthcare background check.
• Must be able to stand 90% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use a dishwasher and record temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash dishes, and serve residents; finish and double-check room trays.
• Assist cook in preparing and delivering nutritious meals.
• Follow Federal Food Code guidelines and dining room procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and resident rights per HIPAA.
• Receive, store, stock ingredients with proper dating; ensure safety.
• Prepare sandwiches and desserts; portion control using spreadsheets.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and dining areas; sanitize regularly.
• Record dishwasher temps and maintain sanitation logs.
• Assist CNA's in serving breakfast, lunch, and supper.
• Help set up/clean dining rooms and stock serving areas.
