Job summary

BSG Maintenance Inc. is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join our healthcare Culinary Team in Kenosha, WI. The role involves cleaning, dishwashing, and serving residents with nutritious meals, while assisting the cook in meal preparation and delivery.

Adherence to the latest Food Code and resident preferences is essential. The position supports dining room setup/cleanup, proper temperature recording, and sanitation logs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand 90% of shift; may bend, twist, reach above head; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass TB test and healthcare background check.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Foodhandler Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA rights for residents.
• Wash dishes and sanitize surfaces; clean kitchen areas.
• Assist in meal preparation and serving to residents.
• Keep proper portion control by following guidelines and spreadsheets.
• Record temperatures of drinks, desserts, and dish machine.
• Assist CNA's in serving meals and setting up dining areas.
• Follow all Culinary Services procedures and dress code.
• Perform general kitchen duties as assigned by Culinary Services team.
