Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute hemodialysis experience
• NJ State Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Experience with Fresenius 2008T Hemodialysis Machines
• Knowledge of telemetry and Fresenius T Machine portable RO systems

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Initiate assessments based on problems and physician diagnosis.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manage patient care and document per standards and priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
