Job summary

Sephora's Las Vegas Distribution Center is seeking a DC Specialist to support wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting. The role requires a solid understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to learn department-specific systems.

Ideal candidates have basic math skills, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. You will work a regular Monday–Friday evening shift with potential overtime as needed to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution centre/warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow procedures, multitask and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to maintain production output.
• Train floor associates on standard procedures.
• Respond to leadership direction and prioritize tasks.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Provide high quality customer service to internal/external partners.
