Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Center Associate for the 2nd shift. This role pulls products from weekly distribution requests using a forklift or order picker and assists with shipping, receiving, and light computer work.

It requires teamwork and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The position is non-exempt and part of a seasonal program, with duties including equipment operation, staging shipments, ensuring paperwork accuracy, and maintaining a safe, clean work

Responsibilities

• Pulls product for weekly distributions to stores
• Prepares and stages orders for shipping
• Operates forklift/reach truck to transport inventory and load orders
• Ensures paperwork is complete before goods are sent to stores or events
• Back stocks incoming freight to bin locations
• Assists with receiving incoming freight and new store/event receiving and tagging
• Unloads/loads trucks and monitors equipment
• Maintains safe and clean work environment and communicates professionally with team and vendors
