Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal 3rd Shift DC Associate in Fontana, CA. You will support receiving, sorting, and shipping operations by using an RF scanner and a forklift to move merchandise and prepare orders for distribution.

This non-exempt, night shift role reports to the DC Supervisor and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork as you help keep stores stocked. Training will cover paperwork, labeling, and proper handling to uphold Boot Barn standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklift/reach truck in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with receiving and shipping processes preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Pulls product for all weekly distributions to stores.
• Prepares and stages orders for shipping.
• Operates powered industrial forklift/reach truck to transport inventory.
• Ensures proper paperwork is completed before product is sent to stores.
• Back stocks all incoming freight to respective bin locations.
• Assists with receiving incoming freight, new store/event receiving and tagging.
• Unload/load trucks and monitor equipment for issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and professional conduct.
