Job summary

Sterling Labs EMT is seeking a Data Entry Technician to support laboratory and customer teams. You will enter data into LIMS accurately and facilitate information flow between the lab and service staff.

The role includes labeling containers, preparing bottle orders, and shipping to clients, with a Mon–Fri schedule in North Riverside, IL. Requires a High School Diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry into LIMS.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and open packages and client sample drop-offs.
• Enter all data into the LIMS accurately.
• Facilitate sample information flow between laboratory and customer service staff.
• Label all sample containers.
• Prepare bottle orders and ship them to clients.
• Confirm receipt of shipped samples and packages.
• Order supplies and distribute orders to laboratory staff.
• Neutralize and dispose of samples per safety procedures.
