Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data entry or related administrative role.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in data entry or admin environments.
• Familiarity with KPIs, reporting tools, and metrics tracking.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and compliance experience.
• Availability for evening hours, Tuesday–Saturday per department schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the data-entry team to ensure accurate, prompt recording of client information in the system.
• Conduct spot checks and audits on data entries for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Handle client inquiries related to data entry and account information with professional responses.
• Maintain SOPs and support process improvements in a high-volume environment.
• Track metrics, prepare reports, and coordinate team schedules for peak periods.
