The role focuses on cycle counting and reconciliation with responsibilities across inventory control, reporting, and improvement initiatives in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory records in the WMS.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or issues to management.
• Support receiving, stocking, and shipping to keep inventory tracked.
• Assist with physical counts and annual audit prep.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen inventory control.
• Provide reporting and data analysis on inventory metrics as requested.
• Shift hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
