PenTeleData is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records. The role begins with on-site paid training and may transition to hybrid work after probation, depending on performance and metrics.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, proficiency in Word/Excel, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Residency in Pennsylvania is required.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Residency in Pennsylvania.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; basic computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer interactions via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails.
• Troubleshoot diverse product/service issues and coordinate with teams as needed.
• Address abuse issues/policy violations with customers.
• Respond to service questions and process account changes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and perform special projects as assigned.
