Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves janitorial tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and adhering to safety policies to protect staff and customers.

The position requires 3–6 months of training or experience, a valid driver’s license may be needed, and forklift certification could be required. Shifts are Monday–Friday evenings with hourly pay in the range shown.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Completed safety and task training certification may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• May be required to drive as part of job duties; maintain MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule.
• Handle hazardous waste: collect, classify, sort, store, ship/receive, label, recycle, package.
