SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role includes operating cleaning equipment, following the daily schedule, and reporting hazards to a supervisor.

A flexible 5:00pm–10:00pm shift and focus on safety are emphasized. Qualifications note no specific education requirement; 3–6 months of training or experience is preferred, with forklift certification possible.

Responsabilidades

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Follow daily schedule and complete listed duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and report hazards.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and respond to supervision.
• Communicate professionally with staff, managers, and customers.
• Punch-list completion support as needed.
