Chimes International, Ltd. is seeking a Custodian for a Monday-Friday shift (6:00pm - 10:00pm) at our Washington, DC facility. This on-site, part-time role focuses on cleaning and building services across executive and public spaces to maintain contract standards.

Responsibilities include sanitizing restrooms, descale fixtures, vacuuming carpets, and safe handling of cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of custodial experience and the ability to work with minimal

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Six months of custodial work experience preferred; disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow contract specifications and agency policies.
• Clean all assigned areas per contract requirements.
• Disinfect restrooms and surfaces; descale showers and toilets.
• Vacuum, mop, and clean floors, windows, and fixtures.
• Move, lift, and arrange heavy items as needed.
• Attend required trainings and comply with safety procedures.
