Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is seeking a part-time janitorial associate in Washington, DC, to independently clean restrooms, offices, and common areas. The role requires a background in custodial work and the ability to follow safety procedures while adhering to Didlake policies.

A REAL ID and US citizenship are required to access the worksite, with training provided. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies, all performed with a team-focused,

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months custodial or janitorial experience.
Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes/pantries, showers, stairwells, corridors, elevators/escalators, and other work areas.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment; polish metalwork and fittings.
Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, and sills.
Empty wastebaskets, transport trash to disposal areas, and recycle materials appropriately.
Replenish restroom supplies as needed.
Follow all safety standards and proper use of cleaning equipment.
Maintain quality work and appropriate conduct in line with Didlake policies.
Complete and maintain all required Didlake training.
