The role covers floor care, dusting, restrooms, trash disposal, glass cleaning, and periodic deep cleaning; compensation is $16.10 to $18.94 per hour and the company notes competitive pay and comprehensive benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively in a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, energy and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs and perform daily spot cleaning and shampooing.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass.
• Restroom cleaning and restock daily.
• Report defects to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily.
• Replace liners in waste baskets.
• Snow removal from entrances as directed.
• Perform periodic high dusting and wood/leather finishing.
• All other duties as assigned.
