Qualifications

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning duties.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision and function in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments as directed.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as needed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and walls; dust high surfaces as required.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; spot-clean interior walls.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily; follow standard procedures.
• Report defective fixtures or lights to supervisors.
• Collect and place trash in designated areas for removal.
• Replace liners in waste containers per specs.
• Perform periodic tasks like high dusting and leather/wood polishing.
• Other duties as assigned.
