Job summary

Club Fitness Addison is seeking an Extended Part Time Custodial Maintenance to perform custodial tasks across the facility. The role operates under the Custodial Manager with duties including cleaning, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory management.

The position offers a part-time schedule (6:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday), requires a valid driver’s license, and involves basic building upkeep and safety compliance within the park district environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years demonstrated experience in general maintenance.
• Must have valid Driver's License with ability to drive company vehicle.
• Experience with cleaning equipment, vacuums, floor scrubbers.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of equipment, fixtures, surfaces throughout the facility including restrooms, locker rooms, classrooms, common areas/rooms, gymnasium, and offices.
• Maintain inventory of all custodial supplies and report needs to supervisor.
• Performs routine cleaning of buildings as assigned.
• Removes all refuse and trash from indoor and outdoor facilities as necessary.
• Assists with annual maintenance of buildings, including but not limited to painting, carpet cleaning, floor, and pool care.
