Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months – one year experience in custodial maintenance.
• Need to be able to operate the following equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust across campus buildings; change light bulbs.
• Perform carpet shampooing, floor stripping, waxing, and spray buffing as needed.
• Maintain restrooms: clean walls, sinks, fixtures, toilets and mirrors; replenish supplies; empties trash and recyclables.
