Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent.
• May require a valid driver's license and safety/task training certifications.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and reading/writing/communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures and manuals; team sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily schedule tasks.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibilities and proper labeling/packaging.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; work in a team.
• Provide professional communication with supervisors, coworkers and customers.
• Fill in during staff shortages and support shift lead with punch-list items.
• Use personal protective equipment and present a professional appearance.
