Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a custodian responsible for cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas. The role includes hazardous waste handling, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

You will follow daily schedules and work in a team, presenting a professional appearance and communicating effectively with staff and customers. Qualifications include 3–6 months of training or experience; a valid driver's license may be required; forklift

Qualifications

• 3–6 months training or related experience preferred.
• No specific education requirement.
• Valid driver's license may be required for this position.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule and complete tasks.
• Manage Hazardous Waste responsibilities including sorting, labeling, and packing.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Interact professionally with team and customers.
