Job summary

Community College of Allegheny County is seeking a Custodian / Laborer (full-time) to support campus maintenance across CCAC. The role runs Monday–Friday (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) with potential evening and weekend hours and a four-day summer workweek.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, grounds keeping, and light maintenance to ensure clean, safe campuses. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and a PA driver’s license is required. Benefits include health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to read, write and do basic math is required.
• Must possess a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping/janitorial: Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax floors, clean fixtures and restrooms.
• Grounds keeping: Cut grass, plant, snow removal, painting outside surfaces.
