Job summary

The position requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 6 months of custodial experience, with English language proficiency. Expect routine cleaning, adherence to safety procedures, and occasional physical tasks onsite.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Prepare cleaning solutions as per specifications.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Move heavy furniture and supplies as needed.
• Notify management about major repairs or building-system needs.
• Remove snow from sidewalks and parking areas.
• Requisition supplies and equipment for cleaning duties.
• Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent infestation.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
