Job summary

RJW Transport, Inc. is seeking a reliable Custodian to maintain a clean, safe office environment. Responsibilities include floor cleaning, trash removal, restroom servicing, window cleaning, dusting, and basic repairs as needed.

The role requires English communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety procedures. Work is performed on-site with occasional snow removal and supply requisition duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of custodial or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Move heavy furniture and supplies manually or with hand trucks.
• Notify management of major repairs or additions to building systems.
