Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, buffing, scrubbing or vacuuming daily
• Gather and empty trash from inside and outside daily
• Strip, finish and buff floors
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean carpets
• Notify managers about major repairs or building system needs
• Set up and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders for events
• Move heavy furniture and equipment manually or with hand trucks
• Perform other job tasks as assigned by the Building Principal or Custodial Supervisor
