Job summary

Pulaski County Special School District is seeking an General Custodian for the Maumelle High School campus. The role covers the Maumelle, AR area with an evening shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities include floor care, cleaning, trash removal, and basic grounds maintenance. Requires willingness to learn, physical ability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial work or willingness to learn.
• Ability to do physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors as needed.
• Vacuum and clean carpet.
• Dust and polish furniture, wash windows, woodwork, venetian blinds, and bathrooms.
• Responsible for removal of trash from assigned areas.
• Clean up grounds and perform routine care of the grounds.
• Move office and school furniture as needed.
• Perform work at varying heights on a ladder.
• Perform some heavy lifting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
