Qualifications

• High school graduate is required.
• Experience in plant maintenance is preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to push, pull or lift 40 pounds; kneel and reach above head.

Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises neat and clean according to schedule by School Plant Operator.
• Shovels, plows or sands walks as directed by the Plant Operator.
• Sweeps classrooms and cleans surfaces as scheduled by the Plant Operator.
• Cleans corridors after school and during the day as scheduled by the Plant Operator.
• Disinfects toilet floors and cleans fixtures daily according to schedule.
• Washes windows inside and out at least twice a year unless directed otherwise.
• Opens and secures building and notifies supervisor of missing keys.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Plant Operator.
