Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking reliable and motivated Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.

Shifts: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM–10:30 PM; Sun-Thu 5:00 PM–1:30 AM. You'll work on Construction Cleanup or Office Cleaning teams, performing duties from sweeping and mopping to sanitizing high-touch surfaces and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

• Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
• Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and debris.
• Restock facility supplies.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
