Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking reliable Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces; restocking supplies; reporting hazards; and delivering friendly, professional customer service to employees

Qualifications

• Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock supplies and empty trash receptacles.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
