Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking reliable Custodians to support our operations at TSMC Phoenix in Arizona. As a Custodian, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting Verde Clean's commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.

Available shifts include Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, and 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. You will clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, follow safety PPE protocols, and report hazards to keep the site

Qualifications

• Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas
• Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces
• Remove trash and debris
• Restock facility supplies
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
