Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions in English.
• Ability to pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to deal with others in a diplomatic and positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, or scrub floors and polish as needed.
• Remove chips, trash, and other refuse.
• Dust equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polish metal fixtures or trimmings.
• Provide supplies and maintain safe work practices.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and follow safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
