Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain a clean, safe environment across assigned areas. You will report hazards and follow all safety policies while presenting a professional appearance and conduct.

Qualifications include 3–6 months training or experience, a driver’s license if required, and basic reading/written communication skills. Forklift certification may be required; lifting up to 35 pounds is expected.

• Must have a valid driver’s license if required; forklift certification may be needed.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions; strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties on assigned areas and adhere to schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain daily upkeep; report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies and procedures; act professionally with staff and customers.
• Support shift lead and complete punch-list items as needed.
