Job summary

Qualifications

• One year custodial experience OR equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, disinfects and maintains assigned buildings, classrooms, offices, restrooms and other facilities.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and fixtures; washes windows, mirrors and walls; replenishes supplies.
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, waxes, strips and polishes floors; cleans carpets.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures; maintains desks and counters.
• Operates custodial equipment and uses supplies safely.
• Secures buildings and locks doors/windows at close or after evening classes.
